ROCK - Alternative
Woolton Parrish exploded onto the Milwaukee music scene in the late 80's doing all original music, something unheard of at the time. They were instant headliners, drawing big crowds to their shows and within their first two years won a WAMI Award for the People's Choice best new band award. Combining great songwriting with a dynamic show, Woolton Parrish utilized their 60's & 80's influences to create something altogether new and fresh in the Milwaukee music scene. They soon expanded their popularity to Chicago and were a regular guest at the Summerfest Rock Stage. They disbanded in 1994, resurfaced with a reunion show in 1996 and recently did another reunion show to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation at Shank Hall last February to a packed house. Now they are back for good ready to blow the roof off of the BBC this Saturday, June 7th! This is a show not to be missed!
